Working with a recruitment agency is a great way to land a job. But for many people, starting a career just isn’t that simple.
Whether it’s background, education or circumstances, plenty of jobseekers face challenges outside of their control which make it much harder to get a job. Without access to the right opportunities, equipment and training, talented candidates might never get a chance to realise their potential.
That’s not fair. So we’re working to change the game.
Our solution isn’t a quick fix. It’s an approach that will facilitate societal change, providing marginalised women with the support they need to secure the job they’ve always wanted.
For every placement we make, we’ll be able to provide more support to even more women who need help getting into the workforce.
We’ll give them access to online marketing courses that help boost their understanding of the industry and offer them coaching and networking opportunities to help progress their career.
We also host career events and talks at local schools and colleges, helping young people understand that marketing can be a lucrative, and enjoyable career option that many don’t consider. By partnering with charities and other organisations, we ensure that we help the people who need it most and offer the best possible support to facilitate their growth.
